Lucy spent six years at insight and strategy consultancy BritainThinks, where she was Research Director. She has a wealth of experience in deliberative methodologies and place-based engagement having led the organisation’s community research practice. She is developing Demos’s methodology for putting people at the heart of the policy making process.
