In May 2024, the Taskforce published its vision for public service reform, Liberated Public Services: A new vision for citizens, professionals and policy makers. Since then we have completed analysis and policy development across the following workstreams:

- Workstream Three – Funding models.
- Workstream Four – Workforce.
- Workstream Five – Citizens.
This policy briefing provides a summary of the Taskforce’s final report, The Reform Dividend: A Roadmap to Liberate Public Services, which presents policy recommendations to government, providing the foundations for the first government White Paper on cross-cutting public service reform since 2011, should the government choose to produce one.
