As Britain considers the longer-term effects of the pandemic, senior leaders want to ensure their decisions form part of the solution to the new and unexpected challenges we now face as a country, going with the grain of what communities say they want and the ways that people’s lives have changed: be it for better or for worse, through choice or through necessity. This project explores what different populations and communities feel are the priorities for investment in their local areas, how their relationship with ‘place’ has changed as a result of the pandemic and will present results in a way that can be used by local and national policymakers when deciding on regeneration priorities, as well as by the public themselves.

We’re pleased to be working with Legal & General on this project.
