Tom has been the CFO of Demos since late 2019.

Having qualified as an accountant with the BBC, Tom has over 30 years of senior financial management experience. He has spent the majority of his career in publishing and media a having held senior positions with American Express Communications, Gerber Foods, Maxwell Communications and Viacom.

Since semi retiring in 2010 he has helped a number of charities in very diverse fields including drug & alcohol rehabilitation, bereavement, technology and policy research, to develop and implement financial strategies.
