Flynn Devine
Lead Researcher (Digital Policy)
Flynn is the Lead Researcher for Demos Digital. Before this, he was a Research Lead at the Collective Intelligence Project, a member of staff in the Public Policy programme at the Alan Turing Institute, and a part of the founding team that ran the world’s first ever global citizens’ assembly. Flynn has advised organisations like the OECD and worked on research projects funded by the likes of UK ARIA and leading AI organisations. He is also a Research Fellow at the AI & Democracy Foundation where he works on research projects around public-interest AI governance.
