Ben is Head of Social Policy at Demos.

His current research interests include public service reform and levelling up.

Ben has published more than a dozen reports on a wide-range of economic and social policy areas.

Prior to joining Demos, he worked as a policy advisor on the civil service fast stream and in Parliament for an MP.
