Alex Fox OBE FRSA is chief executive of Mayday Trust which provides strengths-based coaching to people going through tough times and helps organisations and local areas to redesign public service systems. Alex developed the Asset Based Area model, chaired a government review of charities & wrote A new health and care system: escaping the invisible asylum (Policy Press). He previously led Shared Lives Plus and is an Honorary Senior Fellow, Birmingham University.
