Dr Adam Coutts is an academic and public policy advisor. He is currently policy advisor to the United Nations Development Programme, Middle East and North Africa. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and has held postdoctoral research fellowships at Nuffield College, Oxford University, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the Harvard School of Public Health and the Weatherhead Centre for International Affairs, Harvard University.
