Edward Saperia is dean and founder of Newspeak House, The London College of Political Technology, an independent college and campus in central London he established in 2015 to study, nurture, and inspire communities of practice across civil society and the public sector in the UK. Through its busy events programme and fellowship, Newspeak House has helped convene and support many of the networks and movements shaping civic technology, democratic reform, technical journalism, service design, open data, and campaign innovation over the past decade. Saperia is deeply involved with many of these networks, including co-chairing the Democracy Network, serving on the board of Campaign Lab, and co-founding the Tech For Good Organisers Network.
