We collaborate with foundations, charities, government and businesses to conduct research and develop policy solutions. Our work is bold, rigorous and impactful.
Our projects span across a whole range of policy areas including democracy, the role of the state, economic growth and the future of the internet. They range from short provocation papers designed by our policy specialists to in-depth research that brings to light new information, spanning qualitative, quantitative, deliberative and digital techniques and resulting in actionable insights that change the conversation.
We put people at the heart of our research methods, believing that by listening to the people most affected by a policy area we can not only design better solutions, but build consensus and trust in the system as we go.
Our projects have impact: our proposals have been taken up across the political spectrum, we feature regularly in the press and our networks and events help build momentum through the project process. We believe in collaborating for impact.
As a charity, we depend on funders and sponsors to support our work. If you are interested in supporting research in one of these areas, or would like to hear more about our research programmes, please email Director of Policy and Impact Andrew O’Brien.
