Aidan is a Researcher at Demos, interested particularly in progressive constitutional and institutional democratic reforms, devolution and regional growth, social policy and skills.

Prior to joining Demos, Aidan worked as an intern in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, contributing to skills policy initiatives in the Department for the Economy.

He has a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Queen’s University Belfast and an MSc in Public Policy from University College London.
