Tyler White

Senior Events and Partnerships Officer

Tyler joins Demos with extensive experience in political communications and public engagement, having worked for two Conservative MPs across Bournemouth West and North East Hampshire. In those roles he organised and led voter engagement events, coordinated large-scale canvassing operations, and built volunteer networks of over 180 activists, developing a strong instinct for bringing people together around a shared agenda.

Prior to joining Demos, Tyler served as Communications Officer and Parliamentary Assistant to Rt. Hon. Sir Conor Burns MP, where he oversaw social media strategy, stakeholder engagement, and press operations alongside managing the full range of campaign logistics. He also holds a graduate qualification from the Leadership Institute in Washington D.C., where he completed executive-level training in campaign strategy, messaging, and public engagement.

At Demos, Tyler leads on events and partnerships, drawing on his background in stakeholder coordination and grassroots organising to help connect the think tank’s research with audiences across Westminster and beyond. He holds a BA in History from Cardiff University.
