Tom is currently a Senior Director at the strategic advisory firm BB Partners, where he advises international NGOs, global campaigns, UK-based charities, and companies working on major social impact challenges.

Tom has worked in British politics and government for many years, specialising in policy, strategy, and government delivery. He was a Special Adviser to Prime Minister Keir Starmer across health and social care, and science, innovation and technology, and served as the Director of Policy in the years leading up to the 2024 general election. Prior to that he worked in
the Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit during the Coalition and Theresa May governments.
