Billy is a Lead Researcher at Demos.

Prior to Demos, Billy worked at The Centre for Education and Youth (CfEY), where he led projects on a range of subjects, including local school collaboration, curriculum, cost of living, COVID recovery, and widening participation. Before CfEY, he worked in the research team at Teach First.

Billy has extensive experience in the design and delivery of research, evaluation, and policy reports. His current interests include place-based policy, relational public services, and deliberative methods.
