The Digital Campaign: Will the US Mid-Term Elections be Won or Lost Online?

Conservative Party Conference Fringe Event

This event will bring together some of the UK’s leading thinkers on American politics to look at the role that digital campaigning, voter segmentation and new data tools will play in the major parties’ Mid-Term election strategies. We will explore how issues such as voter suppression and gun control will be mobilised online, and consider how ‘fake news’ and misinformation might play a role.
