This panel will discuss Labour policy for London.
Each speaker will have five minutes to discuss their view of the key issues facing the capital and the policy implications for national and local government. The chair will then open up the floor to questions.
Topics for discussion will include the range of policy areas affecting the capital including the economy, housing, education, public service reform, crime and transport.
