The referendum divided the nation. If there were to be a second referendum, what policies would we need to address the concerns of the 52% who voted leave? We must ask what led to this division and look at how we rebuild a sense of trust and pride in our political institutions. With greater understanding of why people voted as they did; could a different outcome be provoked?
