Leila joined Demos as a part-time research intern in February 2010, and is working on a number of security-related projects within Demos.

Leila graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in History, and from the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom –Cranfield, with a MSc in Global Security.

Most recently, she has worked as a Research Assistant at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Brussels, and as a Research Associate at the UK Defence Forum.
