Justin has been a senior advisor to the UK and Australian Governments. A strategic communications specialist he has held senior communication positions with the Healthcare Commission, Australian Taxation Office, Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Department of Health, Ministry of Justice and was head of the Department of Innovation Universities and Skills social media programme.
