Hannah graduated from the University of Exeter in 2009, where she studied Psychology. Prior to Demos, she completed an internship at the Young Foundation, and then worked as a research assistant for the apprenticeships strand. Whilst at the Young Foundation she also co-authored the second 'Opening Doors to Apprenticeships' publication.

Hannah’s research interests include youth transitions, in particular from education to the work place, how to improve the life chances of disengaged and disadvantage young people, and methods to encourage wellbeing within communities.
