Ella graduated from Oxford University last year with a degree in English Language and Literature, but an interest in politics and welfare. Previous to working at Demos she completed an internship with the Public Sector Innovation team at the Young Foundation and worked at the charity Whole Education. In October she will be starting an MSc in Social Policy at LSE. Ella is interested in the accessibility and fairness of public services.
