Following on from the first seminar on economic participation, this seminar will focus on the cultural arena, examining how political and economic integration lead to better cultural and social integration.

It will address questions about the role of individual communities in ensuring cultural exchanges and the role of the state in providing spaces and opportunities for such cultural integration to take place.
