Offshore benefits?

Just read an interesting Article in USA Today regaling the benefits of offshoring programming jobs from the US to India and China. The author, Kevin Maney, adopts the position that "This is absolutely not a zero-sum game," arguing that that such moves benefit both those who are able to pick up these jobs, and, ultimately, those who have lost them.
The issue seems to be gaining in prominence - John Edwards' relatively protectionist approach became a central plank of his Presidential bid, whilst in the last week the Prime Minister has argued that economic liberalism now lies at the heart of the progressive agenda. Does this extend to what some regard as the exploitation of low-paid foreign workers? Or is the author right in suggesting such moves are both economically desirable and wholly ethical?...Some of the questions likely to be addressed in forthcoming work on Offshore Enthics

we do not say that archive pages are not developing day by day but these blogs pages are being developed by another individuals. But bUddy, did u try to know ever that who are increasing the archive pages with comments, I think u did not try. Consistency with good comments increase the value of your webblog page but here we say it differently as the comments are not concerned with the topic matter. U wud realize this friend. Is offshoring "wholly ethical"? Since it raises the income of people in poorer countries, and since it also makes the countries doing the offshoring better off too - i.e. it is a win-win situation - then yes, I would say that it is ethical.
