Are the best places to work 'disorganised'?

The FT ran a special supplement yesterday on the UK's best workplaces which confirms much of the argument we made in Disorganisation last year. The general theme is that employees are increasingly demanding organisations fit around their aspirations and values rather than try to slot them into an organisational machine.
In case you're wondering, Demos didn't qualify because we have less that 50 employees.
